Hey, as a 2nd year Btech CSE student I will suggest you to only choose your career as a software engineer if you are really passionate about this field. You'll only earn more in less time when you're working in a domain in which you're good at. If you enjoy participating in competitive coding, hackathons you can go for a career as software engineer. At the end of the day you'll realise that the only way to earn more in less time is to love the work you're doing.
If we analyze these careers, in termw of which one is more likely to earn faster then we could say the ranking should be
1. Software engineer
2. Mechanical engineer
3. Fashion designer
Choosing a field purely for early pay mighr neglect whether you enjoy the work. So be careful while choosing between these career options.
If you're goal is to earn more sooner, then software engineer is the career where you are most likely to earn more in less time.
All the best

Hii,
The best colleges for mechanical engineering are I IT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIT Kharagpur , known for their world class faculty, labs, and placements.
Among the NITs, NIT Trichy and NIT Surathkal have the best reputations with the strongest mechanical departments and good research facilities. BITS Pilani is a leading private institution that offers notable academic and placement records.
VIT Vellore, SRM University, and MIT Manipal also contribute positively as they give good exposure and have great industry connections.
It all comes down to the ranking of your entrance exam, budget, and preferred location, but on the whole, the IITs and top NITs are still the most popular for mechanical engineering in India.
Hello,
As a third-year mechanical engineering student at MKCE, you have several excellent options for competitive exams, which can lead to master's degrees, prestigious government jobs, or management roles. Your primary eligibility starts in the third and final year of your undergraduate studies.

Hello, Unfortunately, no. After completing your 2nd PUC (or Class 12) in the Arts stream, you are generally not eligible to pursue a Polytechnic Diploma in a technical field like Mechanical Engineering.
I hope you found this information helpful.
Hello! Since you have a Mechanical Engineering degree and no diploma in Civil, you cannot directly do a B.Tech in Civil. You can explore part-time/distance B.Tech programs for working professionals, or first complete a Civil Engineering diploma and then take lateral entry into B.Tech.
