What is the AP Polycet 2027 Exam?

AP Polycet, or Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test, is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, once a year for admission into courses offered by the participating institutes across Andhra Pradesh. AP Polycet is conducted for admission into Diploma courses offered across colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The exam is conducted in an offline mode for two hours offline, pen-and-paper mode using an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) response sheet.

Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without the admit card. AP Polycet 2027 Counselling 

AP POLYCET counselling will be conducted online for final seat allotment into participating colleges. Only candidates who have a valid AP POLYCET exam score are eligible for the counselling process. Check the following details for details in AP POLYCET Counselling & Seat Allotment 2027. 

• Candidates must begin by paying the AP POLYCET fee for 2027 online.

• The next step is document verification. As per the document verification process, candidates must report to AP POLYCET helpline centres with their original documents and photocopies to the centres. Once all the documents are verified, students will be issued a ‘Receipt of Certificates’. 

• Next, candidates will be able to complete the option entry as per the scheduled date. During the option entry process, candidates will be able to lock their choices of polytechnics and courses online.

• After the option entry, the AP POLYCET seat allotment 2027 for final admission is declared online. The seat allotment process is based on the choices, category, and merit rank. 

• Once the seat allotment is released, candidates are required to report to assigned centres/colleges. The reporting is conducted in both online and physical modes. 

• After reporting, they must pay the final admission fee to confirm their seats.
