Candidates who qualified the AP POLYCET entrance exam can participate in the counselling & seat allotment. The authorities is conducting the AP POLYCET 2026 counselling in online mode on the official website apsbtet.ap.gov.in.

AP POLYCET 2026 Counselling & Seat Allotment Process

• AP POLYCET Fee Payment 2026 - The first step for the AP POLYCET counselling is fee payment. Candidates must pay the fee online. Once the fee is paid, candidates should carry the receipt for the offline document verification.
• Document Verification - All eligible applicants must report to AP POLYCET helpline centres for document verification. Candidates will have to bring all their original documents and photocopies to the centres. Once all the documents are verified, students will be issued a ‘Receipt of Certificates’.
• Option Entry - On the scheduled day of option entry, candidates have to lock their choices of polytechnics and courses online. After locking their choices, candidates have to take a printout of their option entry form. Applicants can also visit AP POLYCET 2026 helpline centres for the option entry process.
• AP POLYCET Seat Allotment – After the option entry by candidates, the authorities will consider the choices, category, and merit rank before releasing the final allotment. After this, the authorities release the AP POLYCET 2026 seat allotment results round-wise online. Candidates can check their seat allotment status by logging in to the portal. Students who will be allotted seats, have to download their AP POLYCET 2026 seat allotment letters from the portal by paying a fee of Rs 800.
• Reporting at the allotted centres & payment of a fee - Once candidates have downloaded their AP POLYCET 2026 seat allotment letters, they will have to report to the allotted college first by self-reporting (Online system) and physically. It should be noted that both online and physical reporting are mandatory. After this, candidates will have to pay the required admission fee.

• Click on the seat allotment link.
• Login with the application number, hall ticket number and date of birth.
• After successful login, the AP POLYCET seat allotment letter will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and take a printout of the same.

Who is eligible for AP POLYCET 2026 Spot Round Counselling?

The following candidates will be eligible for the spot round counselling of AP Polycet 2026:

• Candidates who have passed AP POLYCET 2026 but have not joined any institute.
• Candidates who have passed AP POLYCET 2026 but have not participated in the document verification process.
• Candidates who failed to qualify or didn’t appear in AP Polycet 2026.
