If you have applied for any other Engineering Entrance Exams you can prepare for them to get admission in a college, if that is the case then you can choose to not participate in VITEEE counselling as you have other back up options to choose such that one year will not be wasted. Analyzing the past years cut off you have chances of getting seat in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production and Industrial Engineering. With 62000th rank in VITEEE, you will get admission to B.tech in Computer Science and Engineering at VIT Andhra Pradesh i.e. VIT AP. For VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai, the rank should be below 20000 and for VIT Bhopal, the rank should be below 50000.
You can easily get admission to the CSE branch at VIT AP in category -1 or category-2.

Dear candidate, there are many categories made by VIT to admit different students in different branches. To get CSE from category 3,4,5,etc. you have to pay more fees. The normal cutoff rank to get CSE in VIT Vellore, main campus is 6K-9K. Chances are less to get CSE at 18K rank. You can check for non-tech branches or CSE at other VIT campuses. As you have mentioned that you have got 76k rank in viteee 2021 and you also don't have any problems with the campuses so you should put in all the cse branch for different campus at first.
For example
1- VIT vellore (cse branches)
2-Vit chennai (cse branches)
3- Vit bhopal ( cse branches)
4-Vit ap (cse branches)
You won't require to go for bhopal and ap because at a worst case you would get cse in vit chennai.
