If your rank is under the rank announced by VITEEE then you can go for counselling and also you can go to other campuses o VIT UNIVERSITY too.
If the seats are left vaccant then 2nd round of counselling will be held.

It is almost impossible to get biotechnology at VIT Vellore Campus with this rank. In the previous year, Cutoff rank for VIT Vellore campus was rank 20,000. Your rank is far away from that rank. So it is very difficult to get admission in VIT Vellore Campus.
