There is no cutoff marks in viteee. You have to secure a good rank for getting into Vit university.

  More than 150 companies visit campus , The highest package for CSE was around 20 lakh, while lowest dream package was probably 4–5 lakh. Average package must be somewhere

Just contact the college authorities and explain them the problem due to which you couldn't attend the counseling.They should give you another date although you will have to choose from the remaining seats.

Admission to Government Medical Colleges for MBBS under state quota, candidate must score marks more than 470 to get a seat, more than 370 for candidate belonging to SCG category and STG category. This is according to the previous year cutoff trend.

For getting in vit with that rank, it's quit difficult. Maybe impossible. But you can go for management quota. You have to pay a donation amount of three lakhs. Also the yearly fees will be 4.93 lakhs.
