if you are from north east states, then you need to have an aggregate of 50% in PCM and the rest should have 60% in PCM

you must have 60% aggregate in PCM in order to get admission at VIT. however you can apply if you are from north east or SC/ST candidate.

you did not mention your  category(sc/st/Obc) which may help you to get admission and also you can use your home state quota along with birth category. so you should go through Jossa counselling and wait upto spot or last round  .
