Just contact the college authorities and explain them the problem due to which you couldn't attend the counseling.They should give you another date although you will have to choose from the remaining seats.

For getting in vit with that rank, it's quit difficult. Maybe impossible. But you can go for management quota. You have to pay a donation amount of three lakhs. Also the yearly fees will be 4.93 lakhs.
Pls go for counselling on the required day according to your rank. It's given in the viteee website. You have to wait for the counselling round to end. After that the management quota round starts. It's not called management quota, but is named as category 4.
I would suggest you to go for any other college. Because with all that extra money, if u invest in right place, you can do something great. Work hard. Rest is all your decision.
