accoding to previous years trend To get admission at VIT vellore for Computer Science and engineering you need to score almost of 85+ above or 5000-6000 rank almost to be on safer side..Cutoff may be increase Or decrease this year..But you are on border so be hopeful.

Vitee does not combine 12 pcm percentage in final merit rank. 

But the criteria for aspiring candidates should have obtained an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).

As your rank is a little bit more, your chances of getting CSE branch in VIT AP in the category- 1. But you can easily get into evergreen branches like civil or mechanical. The closing rank of CSE in VIT AP was around 35k the previous year.
