The colleges under TS - PGECET have their own eligibility for M.Tech program like if you talk about JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD then the students with M.Sc (Electronics) are not eligible to apply.

However mostly these seats are filled by GATE qualified candidates as they have a preference over TS PGECET candidates. So its better to appear for GATE and get a wider range of options
