As per your rank in Gate 2018, you have less chances to get admission in OU or JNTU. Your rank should have been under 2000.

You dont need to write TS PGECET as Gate qualified candidates would be preffered over PGECET.

yes, of course, you can apply for the TSPGCET the official notification of the TSPGCET states that the candidate must be of the Indian nationality candidate

must belong to the state of  Andhra Pradesh or Telangana

all the applicants must adhere to the local or nonlocal status requirement as laid down in the regulations of the admission.

candidates belonging to the general category must have 50%  marks in aggregate and candidates belonging to the reserved category must have 45% marks in aggregate subjects.

GATE 2018 qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

candidates who are in final year are also eligible to apply. however, they need to produce the proof of the final certificate on the stipulated time.
