To get into oui you need to get a rank of 1000 or less with any category you belong to as the competition is very high in this college.  With your rank 72 in TSPGECET in pharmacy stream I would like to tell you that you may have decent chances in the OU university in the branch you prefer. With your category OC I think it's more likely to get Pharmacy stream.

With your rank 72 is TSPGECET and you belonging to OC category your rank would come around 2300 to 2500 whereas to get a seat in OUI in Pharmacy stream you require a rank of around 1000 or less. You as you can see there is less to no chance for you to get Pharmacy stream in OUI. I would suggest you choose some other college to get Pharmacy.  I hope it helped

 Yes you will be able to get admission in jntuh with your rank in ST category. As per jntuh hyderabad intakes there will be 90% chances for you to get into jntuh as the recent results of the intermediate board it is effecting the intakes of other entrance test also.

Ofcourse you can get into other universities like osmania,gitam and top colleges like iit and iiit hyderabad,hitam and few other colleges.
