The education qualification requirement to pursue B.Tech Biotechnology in SRM UNIVERSITY through SRMJEEE is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology, Physics and Chemistry or Mathematics, Biology and Physics with minimum 50% aggregate in the above mentioned subjects are eligible.
So if you have studied 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry and scored minimum 50 % aggregate marks in these subjects from a recognised board then you are eligible. It is not necessary to study Mathematics in 10+2 level. You may check the eligibility criteria using the link below

You have very less chances to get CSE specialization in SRM Ktr campus i.e. in main campus which is located in Chennai.
Because as per the analysis of previous year's data, expected closing rank for this year is around 9500-10500 for CSE specialization in SRM Chennai campus.

As you have secured 1940 rank in phase 2 and you are aiming for cse in the main campus so let me tell you that you would easily get cse in the main campus as the cut off for this branch generally gets filled upto 11-13k including the specialisation branches.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
