hello,my NATA score is 92 and i got below 65 percentage in 12th board can I get seat in b.s.abdul Rahman university Chennai??

Shalini Parimal 4th Jul, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

Considering your 12th board %, you are eligible for admission into B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute Of Science And Technology since from their eligibility requirement Candidates should have passed 10 +2 examination (HSC/ CBSE /ISC etc.) or any other equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% of Marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with English as one of the compulsory subjects. Now considering your NATA score, according to college notice, Candidates for B.Arch programme are selected through counselling based on the rank secured in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and in the qualifying examination. So it's a bit complicated to assume your ranking and admission eligibility based on your NATA score. However you can use the method if you are a CBSE student: Since your admission through NATA is based on your merit system. Divide the NATA score by 4, and your CBSE result by 2, and add them to find your merit out of 100. Normally colleges accept a student who has 60+ merit overall, and sometimes colleges even go for lower merit. Your merit is coming to a total of 55.5 which does give you very low chance in  B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute Of Science And Technology. Give it a try.

You can also use the official website of the college for more information on eligibility criteria and others,

Hope this helps.

Good luck!!!

I get 74 in nata. Can i get admission in MITS gwalior?

Sai Kiran K 6th Aug, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. This is a government aided autonomous institution and accredited with NAAC & NBA and recognised by UGC and AICTE. MITS offers various programs such as

  • Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Masters in Computer Application.
  • Bachelor of Architecture.
  • Masters in Technology.
  • Masters in Urban Planning.

The Common Entrance examination required for admission is JEE Main/ NATA.  As you are seeking admission in Bachelor of Architecture, Unfortunately you have less chances to secure seat as your score is low for B.Arch in this institution as MITS is top Govt Architecture college in Madhya pradesh. This institution has 40 seats in B. Arch which are filled fast due to top ranked and number of candidates apply for this seat every year. I hope you get admission in this college. All the best. Hope you find this information helpful.

Thanks & Good Luck!..

Nata previous year question papers

Rohit K Bhat 26th Jun, 2021

Greetings of the day dear aspirant

NATA was online till 2016. In 2017 they made it offline. The official question paper has not been released by the authorities. However there are plenty of free sample papers available in the market or on the
internet. So you could check them out. Also, my suggestion would be to purchase a Book of  previous year papers and sample question papers.
