All the best.
Saying colleges which you can get on the basis of your marks is not that easy because getting admission depends upon a lots of other factors as well. Now as the marks which you have scored in your boards and also in your entrance exam is quite good and you belong to OBC category hence, you will get benefits of that also. So definitely you should try for good colleges as you have a positive chance of getting college. But before that i will suggest you first to get the rank of your marks or percentile by just using any rank predictor and you will able to get your rank, this will make your work quite easy and than you can easily approach colleges according to your rank, and get an idea about where you are having best chance of getting admission.
Thank you..

Dear leaner,
Yes why not ,you scored 84 in nata which is the qualifying mark is 70 for total 200 marks
They do consider 12th percentage but the matter is the weightage changes ,as per guide lines there is no age limit
The Eligibility for attending nata must be candidates with 10+2 or 10+3 Diploma with pcm stream is pinpointly gets admission . https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/nata-eligibility-criteria/amp
Your score is below 100 so it's a bit difficult to get a government college. Scores above 13areis considered good to get a government college.
But according to the past few years' cutoffs, the possibility to get a good college with this score is very less.
Hope this will help, All the best.!!
