You will get 83 in NATA which is not so good. And your 12th class marks also good. Your 83 marks is almost 17% percentile. Which college you will get it's quite difficult. May be you will get any private college for architecture.

And NATA marks is different from keam examination dear. NATA only for architecture entrance examination. And KEAM is the Kerala common entrance examination for engineering architecture para medical courses. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the college

Yes why not ,you scored 84 in nata which is the qualifying mark is 70 for total 200 marks

They do consider 12th percentage but the matter is the weightage changes ,as per guide lines there is no age limit

Your score is below 100 so it's a bit difficult to get a government college. Scores above 13areis considered good to get a government college.

But according to the past few years' cutoffs, the possibility to get a good college with this score is very less.

It is not compulsory to write both JEE Paper 2 and NATA exam. Both the exams are conducted to get admission into Bachelor's of Architecture degree courses. As it is not compulsory to write both the exams, you can opt any one. But writing both the exams will increase your chances to get admission into good colleges. If you do not score well in any one of these exams, then you still have the scores of other exam among these two.

Through JEE Paper 2 you can get into NITs and GFTIs. With NATA score you can get admission into other government funded institutes and private colleges.
So if you are not sure about your marks then writing both the papers would be an added advantage.

Recently the Council of Architecture (CoA) has released the NATA application form 2021 for the third attempt at the official website. NATA 2021 phase 3 exam is scheduled to beconducted on September 3. See, the sessions for this year is already late and even jee mains and advance exams are not completed yet. And when the  exam conducting bodies are takin exams in September, they must have thought about it. And the session for all the students will start at the same time, some students might take admission earlier but academic year for everyone will start at the same time.
So, i would suggest you to not think about these things and give your full focus on your preparation.

Seeing your marks i can say you are surely eligible for the admission, and also Pillai College College Of Architecture is one of the prestigious college which is the reason that you may face difficulties in getting admission for this marks because in NATA your overall marks or rank are calculated on the basis of both ie, boards marks as well as entrance marks hence, seeing your boards marks i guess it will going to affect your overall Rank or Percentile, but never the less you should try in many more colleges as well because a bigger list of colleges will surely going to help you in getting any much better college.
