Council of Architecture (COA) has declared the result and score card released on June 4 as null and void. That may be the reason you are not able to access your ranking, but it should be available soon as fresh results have been declared on June 7.

For taking NATA, mathematics should be a compulsory subject in your Boards.
Although you have NATA score, without having a mathematics score you wont be eligible to apply for admissions.
You should have gone through the eligibilty criteria for NATA beforing applying.
