Sir for B.Arch TN takes the 12th marks as whole not the cut off marks of pcm so you should specify his marks for 1200 and not for 200 !
It is best to choose best college and apply

Now you can relax and wait for the counselling. Once the date for counselling is declared, gather all your documents and wait for your call to the counselling. At counselling you will be allocated seat as per merit of your brother.

You can also consider some esteem colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

The NATA 2018 result was declared on 7th June. The exact date for the declaration of rank list and 12th marks updation is not declared yet. But most probably it will happen before the end of this month.

For general category seats you have to get atleast 230–240 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 inorder to get a good rank and get a good college.
In case you are having any reservation, then you may surely get any NITs or SPAs or other top government colleges
ye forsure firstly you have scored good marks inyour nata exam as well as good in 10+2 also. so need not to worry you will get good college. and you will also use career 360 to get list of all colleges. all the best.
