Check the rank list alloted by the college
Sir for B.Arch TN takes the 12th marks as whole not the cut off marks of pcm so you should specify his marks for 1200 and not for 200 !
It is best to choose best college and apply

Now you can relax and wait for the counselling. Once the date for counselling is declared, gather all your documents and wait for your call to the counselling. At counselling you will be allocated seat as per merit of your brother.
