Most of the architecture colleges have already filled their seats through independent counselling conducted by these colleges since Council of Architecture wont be conducting any centralised counselling. The cut off for NATA 2019 is 108 and 50 percentage in your 10+2 is manadatory. Considering your 12th percentage and NATA Score, you have better chances to secure seat for B.Arch at Vastu Kala Academy or even Delhi Technical Campus.

Congratulations for qualifying the NATA exam. Nata 2019 counselling has not started yet. But procedure of counseling is as first you have to register yourself for counseling and pay the fee of it. Then there are around 477 institutions under Nata, choice filling will be done . And

To normalize you NATA marks, your score in NATA and your board percentage is considered. This normalized score will be your NATA cutoff. To calculate this,
((Your Nata score out of 200) / 2 ) + (Your Board Percentage)
Now, your board percentage would be, 71.83 %

The Final Merit score is calculated based on you 12th Board exam percentage and your NATA score.
Just divide your NATA score by 2 and add your board percentage (which is out of 100) and then divide the total by 2. That gives you your Final Merit
Based on your nata score you can get good colleges but you also need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the colleges as different colleges have different eligiblity criteria so it totally depends. You can check the complete list of colleges in below link for your choice.
