It is only responsible for conducting NATA Exam. All the participating institutes will individually conduct counselling based on NATA scores for admissions. Each institute will have its own counselling procedure. The admission procedure for the JNAFAU is through the JNAFAU examination which is conducted by the university it self . 

So for this academic year the examination was completed on 29 and 30 June . The only admission way is to write the JNAFAU examination
