Dear Aspirant . Yes you can appear for NDA exam because in NDA no specific percentage is required. Minimum qualification in 10+2 or intermediate from recognized Board or University with Physics Chemistary and Mathematics. Appearing students can also appear in the exam conducted by UPSC.

If students get merit above 80% in kee exam their will b e any fees concession based on their merit

however there is no fee concession rule for above 80% scorer. but surely u can apply many scholarships in the university. I have stated some scholarship information for btech courses below.

Yes your seat will be reserved there in management quota.But you have to get minimum marks in the exam because there is minimum number criteria. You have to just fulfill those criteria that's all.Then you will get your seat.I think those fees are not refundable.If it is not refundable then
