As per your mentioned query , it is highly not possible to get admission in ECE on the basis of your jee mains percentile and rank. Because to get admission into top NITs and IITs , it requires 95+ percentile. You can explore private colleges and state universities as they might be accept this score.

Also there are some factors on which the cut off depends like number of candidates appeared for the exam , students who qualified jee mains , cutoff trends .
