On such SC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs because the closing SC rank in 2021 was around 7-7.5k for JOSAA counselling. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

Hi,

To secure a seat at any nits with cse as your branch you should have at least a rank around 30k

Its not possible to get cse at any NITs with a rank of 40K and above.
