Assuming you to belong to general category, with this rank, your chances of getting a seat in NIT, IIITs is very low. Even to get into lower NITs in lower branches under other state you should have got at least around 45000 - 50,000 rank i. e 95.5 -

Gen cannot be changed to gen ews after the Result.
As a result, the JEE would have to repeat the results, which is not possible in this case. It would also affect all other aspirant ranks.
In JEE Advanced, you can, however, modify your category.
