As far as I have understood your question is that you have qualified for JEE Advanced this year but you want to attempt that next year through next years JEE Mains.

But the point is, if you have qualified for JEE Advanced this year then why not go

Your rank as per your marks and previous year cutoff analysis will be between 20000- 22000 so with this rank you will not get iist as cutoffs are higher for iist.

If you belong to OBC,st,sc you are eligible for jee advance but if you belongs to general category then nothing can be said now. You need to wait for result i.e till 30 April
