Sc category cutoff subject wise is 6 marks 

If u scored 4 or more in paper 2 maths 

U will be qualified and 

93 is a decent score u can get new iits

Dual Degree (B.Tech. + Master of Science/Master of Technology) - 33.33%

As till now, students have been selected and qualified only if they clear the individual cutoff for each subject. I don't think you can clear Mathematics with only 2 marks. You have to score more than the individual cutoff in Mathematics. Also without clearing the same won't allow you

Well, it would be easier for to decide if you had told your category as well.

So for general category, you hold almost nil chance of getting admission in IISER. 

As IISER takes the general category students who have rank within 10k. 

So I would recommend to prepare for IISER

You can prepare for IIT JEE after class 12th.Rememeber that you can appear in IIT JEE in two consecutive years i.e. appearing and after class 12th.

Currently,if you are studying in class 11th then I suggest you tobe  ready for the  preparation of IIT JEE.The syllabus of IIT

You mean 50 percent score according to the paper.

Than your concepts must be strong and if you have done enough practice than only you can score.

Because within one month if you start from the beginning it is difficult; so it depends upon your previous practice.
