your OBC Certificate will be required at the time of Document verification.

After college allotment,there is a process called document verification.in which you will get an email to come at the given place on  a given date with your all documents.

If your JEE MAINS Score is more than cuttoff score of JEE MAINS,then you are elligible for JEE ADVANCE 2019.If your score is more than cuttoff score then you must like under 2.45 lakhs rank.
