Lets consider one example:

Ram scored 256 in JEE mains and cracked into Top NITs. now in JEE Advanced he scored somewhat about 8000-9000 rank, form which he will get some other branches like 'Paper and pulp Engineering', or Geophysics etc. So, Maximum of these students

Your expected percentile would be almost 87-88 percentile corresponding to your 100 marks in April session and corresponding rank would be almost 120000. You are eligible to appear in JEE advanced 2019 without considering January percentile.

In 120 marks your percentile would be around 60,000 and category rank would be around 15,000...

Congratulations on clearing JEE Mains ,  Hope you are doing well.
The cutoff for JEE Advanced can vary each year,  this year,  because of a change in paper pattern,  there could be a slight increase in the cutoff.
The expected cutoff of OBC is about 60 marks.
