Since, you have not mention, so I would assume you to be GEN Non-EWS person, 

Hence, by observing your percentile and the cut-off percentile for GEN Non-EWS person, you have not qulaified

Qualifying cutoff for JEE Advanced for General category is 89.7548849. You are not qualified to appear for Advanced. You can get admission through JEE Main rank.

Well,brother it would be easier if you had told your exact percentile.

As in your category, you have jsut in the border.

But considering your 74%ile then you are not eligible for the JEE advanced as the OBC cut off was 74.38.
