If you had appeared in the JEE mains as only a general category then you cannot expect to qualify for JEE advanced. AS the cut-off was 89.75%ile
Though if you appeared as GEN-EWS category then you have marginally but cleared the cut-off in that category and eligible

See the cut off percentile for the JEE ADVANCED is 74% for the EWS category. Since u are well below than that u are not eligible for writing the exam. U will have to choose any college with ur mains marks only or opt for other govt college
