According to cutoff release by NTA the minimum percentile require for jee advance is 89.75 for general category students and you have scored 85 percentile.So you are not eligible for JEE advance.Y ou can check here

Hii. In the last of your sckre card There is cutoff percentile is mentioned for all category. Apart from that i am mentioning the cutoff oercentile for all category here.please go through it.If you score more than that then you cleared for JEE advance else Not. You have to submit scanned copy of your category certificate while filling jee advance application form there's no other way out. Last date to register for advance is 9th may try to manage to get your obc certificate till then else you need to fill jee advance under open category
