with 130565 rank in obc category it is difficult to get IIT,NIT AND IIIT.

With this percentile score it is difficult to get NIT and other good colleges with core branch .( you may get non core branch like bio technology ; mettalergicul etc)
You can go in low ranking nits like Srinagar; Andhra Pradesh; etc.( But it will not fruitfull )
