I would like to tell you that unlike previous years, this year the cut off would be based on the NTA score which is a percentile measure of the students’ performance.

The cut off for OBC-NCL to be eligible for JEE Advanced exam is 74.3166557. Thus you are eligible to write the JEE Advanced examination. The application forms will be open between 3rd May to 8th May. Date of the exam is 27th of May.

Cutoff percentile has been released online by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam conducting authority announced JEE Main 2019 results for the April session on April 29.
For ST category the cutoff percentile is 44.3345172
Minimum marks are 24 and maximum is 73. Total number of ST

In order to be eligible to apply for JEE Advance, You should have a vaild score of JEE Main Entrance Exam without JEE Main score you will not be eligible to apply for JEE Advance.
I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 & prepare well
