Sorry to say that you are not qualified for JEE advanced examination. You should go for other colleges through JEE mains score. Just check below, which colleges that you will get:

If you want a seat at any IIT then your last date of certificate submission may be extended to the counselling day. i will suggest you to do a call in the office of the conducting institute of Jee advanced and discuss about the last date to submit
