Anyone can fill the JEE Advanced form either with or without the EWS certificate. However, if you fulfil the necessary criterion required for getting an EWS status by the government, you should fill the form with that certificate to give yourself an additional advantage.

The subjects to be included for percentage calculation in JEE mains are-
1. Language
2. Physics
3. Maths
4. Chemistry/biology/biotechnology/technical vocational subject
5. Any other subject.

Sorry to inform but you have to clear the percentage criteria that is minimum 75 percentage in 12th boards exam. Thus you cannot appear for jee advance 2019. But you can give your 12th marks for re-evaluation. This might change your percentage. But it is not guaranteed. You may
