What should i do in jee advanced form if i dont have OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 1 april 2019? Is there any option for that?

Well technically you can not do anything as there are something which we can not control. You should have seeen it earlier. Well many had faced this problem. You can doone thing , go to your tehsildar in your districts block and get that obc-ncl certificate issued at the  earliest.

With 66 % you are not eligible for JEE Advanced and even if you appear for Improvements then too you must be aware that you won't be eligible for admission this year.

JEE advance me esa kuch eligibility nahi he..Tum JEE advance de sakte ho agar JEE mains me qualified ho To JEE advance me Board ke marks se Kuch fark nahi padta..dono ek dusre se alag he..So Go for It if you cleared the cutoff for JEE advance..
