According to the rules if your marks lie within the top 20 percentile of the students appearing for the state board examination, you shall be eligible for appearing in JEE ADVANCED provided that you have cleared the cutoff of JEE Mains as well.

If you have cleared the cut off of JEE Main then you have qualified for JEE Main. You have only not quallified for JEE advance so dont worry. You may get NITs and you can find out exact admission in college according to latest information here:- JEE Main

As per your All India Rank, your percentile should be around 60.

But cut off percentile for SC is 54.0128155.

Therefore if you have got a percentile more than this, you are surely eligible for JEE Advanced.
