Since you have not mentioned any category I will assume that you belong to the general category and answer according to that.

With this rank you cannot get a seat in any IIT .

According to 2018 cutoffs, for general category students, the closing rank for five year integrated b.tech+m.tech in Mechanical engineering at IIT BHU for General category students was 4648. So, if we consider last year cutoffs, you have high chances of getting B.tech+M.tech in Mechanical engineering.

Hello!

You can apply for jee advance in form filling then don't want certificate ,but if you score good and you want to take admission in IITs then during councelling you have to show it during certificate verification.

Since upper limit of JEE advanced is not fix and also considering this year paper would be a subjective one.

But still after analyzing the previous year ranking and percentage of the marks scored

Once you have registered there is no way to change it. For this very strict rule it is advised that to do check that there is no wrong any where. They haven't kept it as there are lakhs of students appearing and they can't keep on changing at any
