Hii Ayush.Your percentile is low.
As per the previous year cutoffs and keeping in mind that you belong from SC category you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT.
You can apply for state government colleges.
You should score good in advanced to get IIT or else you

Which type of certificate in additional category certificate ?

Hi aspirant

You need the certificate only when you wish to avail reservation .

reservation are for following group:

1.GEN-EWS

2.OBC-NCL

3.SC

4.ST

5.PWD

As you have appeared for JEE main 2018 but didn't qualify, so it will still be your first attempt. And you have qualified for JEE main 2019 and also appearing for JEE advance 2019 so this is your second attempt.

Actually the eligibility for the jee advance is that you should have atleast 75% in class 12th and as well as you should clear the jee mains with minimum required marks based on the category then only your eligible for advance else your disqualified
