The OBC certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2019. then only it will be valid for applying for JEE advanced.

You have not mentioned Your Category from Which You belong..We can give You exact information By your Percentile & Your Category(Belongs To general,OBC,SC,ST)

By CRL we can not Give you exact answer so Be specified..& Give your Percentile & Category in Comment..

Its not possible to get any NITs/IIITs and GFTIs .You can try for deemed universities and other private universities.

You can apply for state engineering colleges which will take admission on the basis of JEE mains score from this year through state counselling.

You can check the cut off

You can try till spot round but chances are very less.

You might get branches like Physic ,chemistry or mathematics at lower NITs  but still very less chance.

Usually you need rank within 50,000 to get seats at NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.
