It will be advisable for you if you can fill the pdf yourself and get it signed in that format only, some reporting officers strictly adhere to instructions without seeing the context. Generally, most people report to reporting centers in their states and thus officers regularly encounter

The OBC certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2019. then only it will be valid for applying for JEE advanced.
