My brother has lost his original caste certificate can he upload scanning of xerox certificate for jee advance please need help in this

If you can produce the original Certificate that would be very beneficial. 

But since you don't have it, the last hope is its copy. 

Therefore you should upload the copy. 

Moreover when you upload the document ,it is a copy so you don't need to worry so much.

Hey Aniket! I faced the same problem. I'll tell you what worked for me. I opened all images one by one in Corel Draw and, modified resolution of the image and size until I got the file size within 300KB. Then saved the file as .jpg from within Corel draw

Dear student,

     The computer-based exam consists of 2 papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2 of 3 hours duration each.

Both the papers are compulsory.There is no fixed pattern of the exam.

The conducting body always surprises students taking the exam.

No it's not necessary.If you qualify jee mains only, then you are eligible for admission in NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.
If you qualify jee advanced ,then you are eligible for admission in IITs.
Try to quality both with good marks to have many options with you for admission.
