The IIT JEE will accept the board marks only if you have cleared the required cutoff in boards to get this examination eligibility. If you haven't cleared the cutoff then you can give the improvement test again. I will suggest you to apply for other exams like WBJEE

You can upload it by logging in to your account on the JEE website from where you have filled your application form for JEE advanced. If you are unable to upload the certificate then make sure you produce it during the counselling process after the JEE advanced examination.

No, you can appear for JEE advance exam only twice. One attempt can be made in boards appearing year and the other attempt should be made in next consecutive year.

At this rank in jee mains and category, your chances are very less to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs as cutoff percentile for admission in these colleges might be under 95 percentile.Try for admission in top private colleges through state counselling.
