Well firstly from JEE mains score you ca't expect an IIT. Only GFTI's/IIIT/NIT's can admit students on the basis of JEE mains scorecard.

Well nothing can e said if yu don't mention your board ie CBSE/ISC/state boad.

For JEE advanced, your board percentage must be a 75% or under top 20% which one you satisfy.

Failing into this criteria will ultimately lead you to terminating yourself from JoSAA counselling.

If your query is regarding JEE ADVANCED then the answer is yes. You should clear each paper with minimum scores. Each subjects in the exam has cut off. So you should clear each with the cut off scores. That is the only criteria for qualifying JEE ADVANCED.

Read the lines carefully. JEE counts the year from the board appearing year.

So you can give your JEE advanced (hopefully) in 2019 and 2020 while mains in 2019,2020 and 2021.

The JEE Advanced authority gave relaxation for uploading the required certificates. The last date to upload the documents are 5th June 2019. The OBC-NCL Certificate can be uploaded by logging into your JEE Advanced registered account. Do remember the date and upload before it.
