If your query is regarding JEE ADVANCED then the answer is yes. You should clear each paper with minimum scores. Each subjects in the exam has cut off. So you should clear each with the cut off scores. That is the only criteria for qualifying JEE ADVANCED.

No you cannot apply for that. 

Read the lines carefully. JEE counts the year from the board appearing year.

So you can give your JEE advanced (hopefully) in 2019 and 2020 while mains in 2019,2020 and 2021.

But if you are determined to give in 2022 then the only way

Hello,

The JEE Advanced authority gave relaxation for uploading the required certificates. The last date to upload the documents are 5th June 2019. The OBC-NCL Certificate can be uploaded by logging into your JEE Advanced registered account. Do remember the date and upload before it.
