I think that between IIT BHU and IIT Ropar,you can easily choose IIT BHU

You are not qualified,you are not elligible for JEE ADVANCE.You need 74.2+ percentile to be an elligible for JEE ADVANCE.With this score chance of getting government engineering college is very less.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

Getting into NIT mayn't be possible but as you have secured a 4 digit rank, IIT admission would be possible. If you are comfortable with any group then you may also try for NITs as reservation quota is there.All the very best Anu!
