The total marks of jee advanced vary each year, there is no fixed marks ,in some year it was of 360 marks, in some year it was of 366 and in some it was 504 .But most probably it is of 360 marks.

I am sorry to say but your percentile of 36.71 is very low to make the cut for JEE advanced.

The cut off for OBC this year will typically be around 75 percentile, and you are a little lower than that.
