Dear Muddamsetty

Unfortunately due to any reasons whatever it may be you were not able to chose ews reservation. 

Now its too late and you are not applicable under the ees reservation scheme. As no changes on the category can be made after the application.

How to eligible to take IIT JEE Exam?

Anyone appearing in class 13 this year or passed class 12 in 2018 or 2017 will be eligible tp appear in Jee exam irrespective of their age. 

Percentage is not a criteria to appear in Jee exam. You have to pass class 12 and you are eligible for jee exam.
