Well if you qualified for JEE Advanced then obviously you must go for the Joint Entrance Examination. As of the WBCHSE results you can check it anytime anywhere after your JEE.

A point to be noted, the servers are generally down after the announcement of the results. So it will

Take these above all books for making basics clear at first then see NCERT BOOKS
