Hi Diwaka, hope you are doing well, let me tell you that the eligibility for jee advanced is that you need to qualify mains, its sufficient enough to let you into the jee advanced. Your marks in class 12 has nothing to do with eligibility of jee advanced.

And you have to submit all the certificates including caste certificate while filling JEE Advance form.

JEE Advanced is calculated in a very simple manner not like the ranking given in JEE main this year .The one who scores better marks will get a better rank .For suppose ,2 or more people have the same rank than their ranking is decided by who scored more marks

There are only two chances given to every candidate to appear in JEE Advanced:-
  • First Time : you can appear for JEE Advanced in the year in which you appeared in your 12th standard board exams.
  • Second Time : you can appear the second time in the year

There is reservations for every cateogry like 

OBC ncl-27%

Sc- 15%

St7.5%

Pwd-3%

The seat alloted on the basis of your category rank if availaible and on basis of general rank if cateogry rank is not availaible. If you have both then the best among them is chosen.

Since you have secured 64 0ercentile in jee main and you are lying under general category then you are not qualified because qualification cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile.
You will not get any government institutions with the help of Jee main percentile even if you have

Hello Seema,

With a percentage of 65 in boards you are not eligible for getting a seat in NIT or GFIT. As per the eligibility criteria you need to have secured minimum of 75% in 12th or be in top 20 percentile to be eligible for NIT or GFTIs. There

It would to be tough to get into NIT with this score, but still you can check for lower NIT with previous cutoffs on the following link

You can go for top private colleges like Thapar University,  Jaypee Noida, etc.
