Hi Diwaka, hope you are doing well, let me tell you that the eligibility for jee advanced is that you need to qualify mains, its sufficient enough to let you into the jee advanced. Your marks in class 12 has nothing to do with eligibility of jee advanced.

JEE Advanced is calculated in a very simple manner not like the ranking given in JEE main this year .The one who scores better marks will get a better rank .For suppose ,2 or more people have the same rank than their ranking is decided by who scored more marks

The seat alloted on the basis of your category rank if availaible and on basis of general rank if cateogry rank is not availaible. If you have both then the best among them is chosen.
